I have found my "go to food" - Happi Foodi came out with the sweetest creamiest sweet potato casserole that I can't get enough of! Could not find it anywhere pre-Thanksgiving and doubt if it will be restocked before 2021. When this Sweet Potato Casserole returns to the frozen food aisle, I am going to make sure to stock up on it!!
The Happi Foodi Sweet Potato Casserole is a great side dish to enjoy at work or to add to a meal at home! This side dish consists of mashed roasted sweet potatoes and topped with honey granola streusel, a fabulous combination for Sweet Potato Casserole!! I would recommend this dish to friends and family to try. I look forward to trying more dishes from Happi Foodi.
Love this so much! It'll make cooking Thanksgiving dinner so much easier and to be honest it's better than what i made last year! I love sweet potatoes but they're so hard to cook for me due to being disabled. I can actually enjoy themmore than once a year & the best part is I only have to cook this!
When I saw the happi foodi entree' dinners, I was looking for the Sweet Potato Casserole, but they were out of that kind so I chose the Southwestern Style Chicken Bowl one, and I'm sure glad I did because IT WAS DELICIOUS! It has chicken, riced cauliflower, vegetables, and cheddar cheese in a spicy sauce. It has a little bit of a kick to it but definitely not overpowering. The quality of this entree' is superb! It's very tasty and all of the ingredients blends so nicely together. I like how it has big chunks of chicken as the dominating ingredient. The durability of this entree' holds up well. The bowl is not flimsy and holds this meal nicely. I love the design of the packaging because it has a picture of what the entree' looks like and it has what's all in it written on the box. The expiration date is on the very bottom of the box and is easy to read. The directions called for to microwave it for 9 1/2 minutes, which was PERFECT! There's no need to heat any longer than that. I washed out the bowl and kept it because it's nice to put other food in. I love how this entree' only has 4 grams of Carbs and 25 grams of protein. It also has low sugar at just 3 grams. This was a very satisfying meal and kept me full for the rest of the night. I highly recommend this product. This product is excellent for people who are watching their weight. It's definitely a meal that I will be repurchasing again. I'm so glad Walmart carries this product!
I tried the Happi Foodi Chicken Alfredo. For starters, after it cooked in the microwave, the aroma was so pleasant. It smelled like it had been cooking for hours. I mixed up the food and was disappointed to see what looked like kale but I took my first bite and it was sooooooo delicious! I got down to the last few bites and my husband and daughter took claim to them. We ate the whole bowl dry. It was very filling and my family is now asking me to buy more. If you have children who can't stand veggies, you might want to try this. My daughter loved the smell and had the same hesitation I did at first but she was asking for more after one bite. This is perfect for those doing keto. It is so satisfying, filling and low carb.
Easy to make, just microwave for a few minutes. The texture was exactly what I expected. Not runny at all. I liked it a bit more with brown sugar, but I have a bit of a sweet tooth. It is a bit more than I normally eat on my own for a single meal.
This sweet potato casserole was surprisingly good. It's obviously not the same as homemade, but for being store bought and frozen, it was unexpectedly close. While the flavor was a 4 out of 5, the consistency was a 3 to me. I guess that's part of frozen foods, but that's my only gripe. I'll most likely purchase it again, but I don't know how soon or often I will. It's not something I can't live without.
We made a turkey dinner for 4th of July this year and served the sweet potato casserole as a side dish. That potatoes were smooth with a subtle sweetness to them. I did add a few chopped pecans and some marshmallows to make it more traditional sweet potato casserole and my family went wild for it. I swear there was fighting for the last bite. This has become a new family favorite and something we will purchase over and over. I did take a star off because they are in a flimsy cardboard bowl that didn't feel oven safe to me even though the box said it was. They still turned out great.
This is for the Loaded Au-Gratin potatoes as the Sweet Potato casserole was not available at my stores when I tried to use the coupon. This is a GREAT tasting and quite filling little meal. I actually discovered these about a month ago when I was getting ready to move and needed quick meals that did not require dishes, as those were packed!!! I love potatoes so I held this to a high standard and it did not disappoint. There is the right amount of cheese and bacon and the green onions lend the final touch. Very delicious and can be for breakfast as well as lunch/dinner. I keep about three of these in the freezer for emergencies or lazy days.
After heating up the Thai style chicken flatbread, it was hard and crispy. I like that it's the perfect size to eat. It has a good strong flavor, but it doesn't have a lot of Thai flavor. It was easy to eat and it's fast to heat up.
