Cons: heavy, straps to use are too short, is too hot to place against your skin at first without something in between Pros: heats up quickly and evenly, stays warm quite a while, cover is soft and comfortable
Used it twice. Heated it the recommended time. On the second use, we heard a pop and found that the heat pack had sprung a leak and the gel was on the walls of the microwave.
