My daughter likes it.
I like the item.
My 11 year daughter has grew out of Justice clothes sizing charts and most "Girls" sizes. Adult clothes looks to mature for her, so I was lost when it was time to buy school uniforms. This shirt is awesome for young 'Plus Size' ladies. Only problem, shes wearing the XL.
Granddaughter loves blouse which was bought to complete school uniform
I generally love items from George and this shirt would be no exception but for the restrictive cut of the arms. They are designed to be "cap-sleeve" or to pouf out just a bit. Unfortunately, the seam is so restrictive as to be painful. I'm a an XL in such items normally, so I wondered why the sleeves were not accommodating. I don't think I'm disproportionate in this area, so I was greatly disappointed.
I am usually a medium to large in size but i think i would have had to have an x-large. I returned it due to poor fit, but it was a cute shirt.
The blouse is nice -- for work or for school -- in look. I particularly like the puff-sleeves and collar. Cute, but formal. As with anything white, it's a little see-through, but actually pretty good for something white. The sizing seemed right to me, however, there's something a little bit wonky with the way it fits. Specifically, while the shirt itself has a little extra room on me, the not-stretchy material makes it awkward to stretch the arms forward or up, like the back of the shirt is too short around the shoulderblades and ends up holding the arms back like a bridle.
I did not like the color because it was too wimpy and would not stand up. I prefer my blouses to be wrinkle free and require no ironing.
The shirt fit my daughter perfectly, except for around the arms. They are built to be puffy (not shown in the picture), and are very tight at the bottom. The children's size 16 is larger around the arm than the Women's Medium (weird). If you have no biceps, this should work fine. If you have any amount of arm, like a normal person, this will not work for you.
Poor quality and the sleeves are too tight
