Started with a Surface Rt, upgraded to a Surface Pro 3, dropped that one several time without protection. It finally broke the screen on that one. I needed a new tablet, I didn't consider anything other than a Surface. The capabilities are to vast and too fun.
No where in the listing did it say that this was refurbished, and I received a refurbished unit and it did not come with a Surface Pen as stated in the listing. I'm a graphic designer, and I bought it with the intention of using it for drawing and artwork. Very disappointed, would like a partial refund.
used. slow. security issues software incompatibilities. battery only good for 4 hours with a full charge
