This is our 3rd shredder over the years and this one is the best ever! Shreds paper, CD's, credit cards, small paper clips and staples. I would recommend this for home or office. THE BEST!
i really like this shredder. it is MUCH quieter than my old one, it can handle several sheets of paper at once. it can shred credit cards easily. it has a seperate trash container, it has great safety features, it is nice looking and it makes me feel like a real man.
This is a superior shredder that won't bog down under heavy use. Light weight shredders will overheat during heavy useage and you will have to wait for them to cool down. Not this shredder. It does tend to get shredded paper not only into the basket but into the area where the basket sits. You may have to vacuum that area when you empty the basket. It shreds CDs and DVDs with ease. Overall, it's a great product.
now i can shred a lot of papers and documents along with staples pins....i dont have to worry about the shredder getting damage because i stuff it with a lot of papers...this shredder can take what you give it...good product..
Wow! I wish I had purchased this shredder sooner. It does exactly as described and MORE, and is really user friendly. Also, it's safe to use with grandchildren playing nearby. The shredder shuts off automatically if little fingers get too close. Cost was great. Shredder is priced $50 less than other websites. A real value for the price paid. You must purchase it to believe it.
This is a great shredder for the home. I have always had trouble with my old shredder shutting off before I could finish but now I don't have to wait I can get it all done in one sitting. Great time saver. The angle of the feed makes the job easier. It also allows me to shred my mail without even opening the envelope! Easy to empty and looks great too.
I purchased a Fellowes shredder about six years ago after my previous (other brand) clunker no longer worked properly. During the time I had my other Fellowes, a couple of friends asked me about my opinion with the current one. I had highly recommended it and wouldn't you know it...both of them bought one. So, of course, when I was looking for a new one...there was only one brand I trusted and all I needed to do was select the model to fit my needs. I'd continue to do the same!!!
I love this machine. It replaces a smaller unit that kept jamming and took forever to get things done. This unit, I turn it on, do my business in half the time and turn it off. I highly recommend this unit to anyone shredding more than a couple sheets of paper at a time.
We use this shredder at least a dozen times each day and it gets the job done! Credit cards and CD's shred with ease. Although it's a bit on the noisy side, it would be expected with a confetti shredder. Our small business has purchased two shredders of a different brand during the past three years and they broke within weeks of the warranty expiration. Trying to save money with an inferior brand doesn't always work, so we switched back to Fellowes brand. I highly recommend spending a few extra dollars for this winner!
This is the 2nd Fellows shredder I've owned. This one is faster, has a higher capacity and is quieter than the shredder it replaced. My only complaint is that some confetti seems to fall outside the basket and gets on the floor around the shredder when the basket is removed for emptying.
