Absolutely love the 300X shredder. Several things:<br /><br />- It shreds wonderfully<br />- It is very quiet which is nice<br /> - Small size with the ability to shred a lot of volume.<br />- Helpful APP<br /><br />The APP is not fancy, but it is very nice. The APP downloaded and connected easily to the iPhone. The shredder connected easily to our company's secure wireless network.<br /><br />I would say the best part of the APP is that you always know the status of the machine and the documents you are shredding. The security locking feature of the documents to be shredded in conjunction with the APP allows our employees to be more productive. In the past when they shredded something they would stand there until everything was shredded. Now our people can load the documents to be shredded, lock them with a unique pass code and walk away. They can walk away because their documents are secure and the APP alerts them the the shredding of their documents is complete. Love this!<br /><br />Biggest users are Financial, HR, and Project Management and they all love the new addition of the 300X to the office.
Office shredders have come a long way from the one we had been using. The Swingline 300X Shredder is amazing - I love not having to feed papers individually into the shredder. With this machine, you just drop a stack of papers or wadded paper balls into the feeder and walk away, there is no need to babysit the shredder while it works. That's the best feature by far. Additionally, it's very quiet and reasonably fast. <br /><br />I do occasionally use the app to monitor for paper jams or the bin being full. The app is easy to set up and easy to use. For a lighter shredding user, it's kind of a fun novelty but the heavier users in our office seem to think it's wonderful.
The shredder came packaged well and no set up was required. With this shredder I don't have to put the documents into a feed slot by hand, I can just open the lid and put a stack of up to 300 documents, close the lid, and walk away while it does all the work.The machine begins quietly shredding them one by one until the stack is depleted, then turns itself off. It has <br />an intelligent Self-cleaning Cutters that auto remove build-up that cause jams. You can also monitor your shredder's work downloading the app on your phone. The SmarTech App gives you real time status updates if the shredder is jammed, bin is full, or oil is low. I'm pretty impressed with this shredder!
The Swingline 300x shredder is not like any I_U_ve used before. It_U_s effectively thorough with shredding small or large batches of paper. I never got a jam notification which is every users dread. Additionally it was easily portable as it is on wheels and the shredded paper compartment is easily emptied and cleaned out. I have finally found a machine capable of managing my shredding needs.
The Swingline 300X Shredder is very easy to use, quiet and works efficiently for our needs. We've used it for single sheets and multiple sheets at one time and we're very satisfied with the time it takes to complete large piles of paper. It doesn't take much space and could be used in small areas.<br />We're very happy with this product; I would highly recommend this high capacity machine!
The Swingline 300X Shredder is portable and simple to use. It has a large shred container so it does not have to be emptied frequently. The auto feeder was reliable and functioned without any jams; with and without stapled paper.
I have been using the Swingline 300x Shredder for about a week now. The shredder itself works great! I really like being able to put in a stack of papers, shut the lid and walk away without having to feed a few sheets in at a time. I work in a small office environment and it's important to have as little interruption as possible, so the fact that the shredder is relatively quiet is a big plus! I've also shredded a couple of credit cards for co-workers and am excited to have the ability to shred discs. The device advertises that it can connect to your smartphone to track the status of your shredding projects, but I've had a heck of a time getting it to connect to my Bluetooth. I've been successful one time and it disconnected as soon as I was out of range and wouldn't connect again. So I guess that's the biggest "con" for this device. But even without the app, I would highly recommend this high capacity machine!
Best feature by the Swingline 300x shredder is the ability to place documents needed for shredding in the compartment located below the lid (when lifted) for shredding at one time without the need to supervise or hand feed one paper at a time. The shredder itself is not overly bulky and is great for a small office space and/or home use. Very easy to use!
The Swingline Stack and Shred 330X exceeded my expectations! It does a wonderful job cutting through any item I may need. It is a large and a little loud so I would recommend this item for those who have a lot of shredding needs, run a business or an office. Great product!
