I purchased these balloons for my son's second birthday. These were the only affordable Pw Patrol balloons I could find. I used the free store pickup, so I didn't have to pay shipping. My son loved them and so did I. The balloons also came with strong and a weight to hold them down. Then only downside was that I took them to Walmart the day of the party to have them filled with helium, but they were out. So I had to pay the dollar store to fill them. Overall, great purchase and I would definitey recommend.
everything looked good I just ended up not using them.
