My Twins Got alot of use out of this product! It's very sturdy and durable if put togeather right although you really have to line up the hole to the screws so you fit it just right or you could easily go threw the wood!It's a nice product you have nice room to store things you'll need underneath whichcomes in handy! and once your little one is done sleeping in it you transform it into their toy box i enjoyed this love it!!!
This is an excellent bassinett it is very versital and will be used for many years instead of months. it was very easy and quick to assemble. great baby product
THIS BASSINET IS FOR MY NEW GRANDSON. MY DAUGHTER SAYS IT IS THE BEST THING EVER! EASY TO ASSEMBLE, REMOVEABLE TOYBOX IS REALLY GREAT, AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S EXPENSIVE! SHE THOUGHT I PAID A PRETTY PENNY FOR IT! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND VERY NICE LOOKING BASSINET!
I find this bassinet to be stable and sturdy. I like the size of it, rather larger than other bassinet for the same price. I like everything about this bassinet, except for the wheels. The wheels are non-functional. Because of this, I rate this bassinet as good.
We think it is an awesome idea to have a 2-in-one; the bassinet itself is portable as well. You just unbutton it from the sturdy base and you can move it to another area of the home or even outside. Even though am not due until March of 2009; my Mom has assembled the bassinet in eagerness to get things ready for my new arrival. Although I have not used this product as of yet, I am sure that it will be everything that I need and more. We are very happy to have this product for it serves a purpose in many areas. It is a very nice product and recommend it to others aside from the bedding that comes with it.
We are pleased with this product - it is very cute. A lot larger than I expected and can't wait to put our son into it. The only downfall was the wheels, when set to roll - they aren't very easy to manipulate, like they are locked or something.
Low price, easy assembly, Not too large. Works well, love the rocking ability and wheel combo. Will like the toybox later on, but may have husband recreate the bottom. Seems as though it is not super sturdy because of the set up, but NOT poorly built. Netted basket at bottom basically sits on the floor which I don't love- wish it was raised a bit.
The only complaint is that the wheels are only good for rolling in the straight line. Don't expect them to turn. If you don't move the bassinet a lot, or plan to use it as rocking cradle, then it's OK. Conversion to toy box is a good idea. Mesh basket is useless. It's only half inch off the ground and the fabric is very soft without any strength. If you put ANYTHING into it, it will hit the ground. But it's still deocrative.
When I saw it online I loved it...I took it out of the box and still loved it...But when the baby came I started not to like it so much. First: one of the wheels kept coming out of its little socket so it has to be tilted up a little to move it around. I stopped trying to put it back in...and you have to bend down to reach the handle to lift it up to move it. You cant just push or pull the basket. Second: It uses straps with snaps to attatch the basket to the base and the basket sits in grooves to keep from moving around but the straps aren't tight enough and when I try to push or pull it across the floor the basket still shifts around. But as long as it is not being moved it is a very sturdy and slightly heavy piece of furniture. I am not worried at all about it hurting my daughter. I just got a bunk wheel and there is no way that her moving around could move the bassinet out of the grooves on the base. Hope this review helped you
Started to put the product together and it did NOT have any of the bolts, nor the tools, nor straps mentioned in the directions. When attempting to have these shipped to me, had to contact the people who gave this to me as a gift and get order numbers and ordering date etc. Sides of the bassinet are of a thin cardboard-type construction, not real pleased with it but will keep it because it is a gift.
