i ill buy again and will tell everyone at my weight watchers meeting how great it was!!1 already told a few people about smart ones!!!!
This is fast and easy for a quick lunch.
Need more lower sodium foods.
When I go to Walmart on 2711 Elm St.they use to carry Smart Ones in roast beef
I got a coupon for a FREE Smart Ones so I chose this one. Overall it's okay. Mashed potatoes: very smooth but bland. You can see the herbs but can't taste it or the garlic. Definitely needs the gravy with it. Gravy: quite good. The most flavorful part of the meal. But hardly any mushrooms (I found 2). Roast Beef: good texture and tastes like real beef but has a weird almost bitter aftertaste. There were only 6 pieces, Worth it? It's only $2 so not bad but it was small. I ate this for dinner and was not full. This would be better as a lunch option. Sodium level looks lower than most frozen meals but it's almost bland. I would probably not repurchase.
I like many of the Smart Ones dinners, but this one was inedible. Most of the beef chunks were filled with fat and gristle. And some of them had an unpleasant smell. I had to throw the dinner away.
The cook times are off, I cooked on high 5 mins, and then stired, and the box says cook another 6, I only did 5 and the potatoes are scorched and the plastic film is melted... I haven't had any problems or issues with other frozen microwave meals. Also the portions are very small considering the money paid. I do NOT recommend for anything other than a waste of space.
