I started using this after gastric bypass as it was affordable. Then started trying different brands that were recommeded but much more expensive. Then, when I went back for a checkup, my nurse told me she had researched them all and found this brand to be just as pure and effective as the expensive ones because of the amino acids added. I also highly recommend it for taste. Did not care for either the vanilla or strawberry, have not tried the cookies and cream because I'm 100% satisfied with the chocolate. I drink 2 a day, every day and I am in better health today than ever before and my lab work shows it!
this chocolate has a good taste and also will take away that chocolate craving too. its healthy for you even if you are not body building. you couldnt ask for anything more !!! i tried vanilla but it feels as if i need to add something. next time i will try blending in a banana... i bet that will taste perfect. i havent tried strawberry yet. but soon. price is excellent also. my daughter is using this with her diet before and after the lapband surgery. ill do this the healthy way first. use it daily
