This is great for those of us who can't swallow the horse pills that are calcium supplements. I also like the fact that it has 50% of the daily value of calcium per serving, as opposed to 100%+. I didn't need copious amounts of calcium, just what I'm lacking from my restricted calorie diet. They taste very much like caramel, which I love!
This is an excellent product for those who have a hard time swallowing pills. It's just like eating candy. My mom takes the calcium everyday and swears her nails are better than ever. They are long and hard as rocks. She never breaks one either.
The carmel is not my favorite. I suppose it is good if you really like caramel, but i should have bought the chocolate instead. I found the caramel hard to take after meals TWICE a day for some reason. But again, if you really like caramel this may be the choice for you. THe caramel does taste like real candy, really good taste.
