The controller works fine. With the 3.5mm jack, you can hook up your headset without an adaptor. With the Bluetooth you can use it on a PC too.
Working great with my PC, with $9 WavLink bluetooth adapter. Once setup, the controller automatically syncs when turned on. I picked up two battery packs for only $15 at my local Wal-Mart. Battery life seems pretty good, I haven't used it heavily but off and on for around a week on one charge.
It works great! Just stock up on AA batteries!

Tried playing AC Valhalla wanted to reconnect continuously for a minute or 2, then tried playing Project Winter and just kept reconnecting couldn't start a game, and so when it comes to certain games this controller garbage cause it won't let u play games without "reconnecting" the controller cause it lost "connection"
It arrived but it wasn't the right controller. It was the Series X one, which I didn't wish to purchase for the $70-$80 price tag. They didn't even notify me that it's been substituted, unbelievable. Wouldn't buy this again, the controller on the picture is fake and not promoting the right controller. Either that or it got substituted right under my nose... Didn't even try to tell me about it.
I'm not sure what all the people that left positive reviews received, but I got a counterfeit controller. This is not a Microsoft Xbox One controller. I knew it straight out of the box, but to be sure I took it took my local gaming store and had it confirmed by them that it is, in fact, a fake. I requested a refund and haven't heard back yet, which is not surprising. They knew what they sent me. Buy this at your own risk.
They gave me a regular Xbox series x/s controller and not the Xbox One controller. I wanted the Xbox One controller for the cross shaped direction pad :(
Bought this and also bought 3rd party controllers over the span of 3 years...it's July 2020 now bought this with the Xbox Console in 2017...i've gone through 6 controllers. Right stick becomes worn out or left stick...both stick will wear eventually...My SNES and Gamecube controllers xbox 360 controllers pS2 and Ps3 still work fine...they really dont make em like they use too
I just received this item today to discover an already used product that was in an inside out package with a label tape to the outside with a name above my own I don't recognize. Put batteries in and no surprise it doesn't work. Don't not I repeat DO NOT purchase this if your thinking about it.
