I like the light weight. Easy to operate with one hand. I like the ready to use. Additional buffing cloths would be desirable.

Polishes the car like gold just get more buffing pads, also hold on has power.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two years ago, while on sale at Walmart, and it has been the pillar of my car detailing business. Never had an issue with it. The only thing I'd improve, would be the quality of the pads included, and the amount (2x, instead of 1x). The buffer is ideal, even when working nights, as it is not loud, does provide a great surface polishing without holograms
Love this I was doing it by hand for the last 15 years. I should've purchased one of these a long time ago.
Great product! So far i love the buffer
This item did not work. I try to return it a Walmart store and I was told the battery serial number and the buffer serial number did not match the retail package.
The tool arrived with a non-working battery. The custom service refused to replace the battery and took away the entire tool.
The battery was fully dead out of the box it was just blinking red on the charger. I had to jump the battery to get its voltage up to a point where the charger finally started to charge and blink green. This should not be something anyone should have to do on a new item. Anyways seems like a decent buffer if you get a battery that works, I guess.
Battery was completly dead. Would not run tool and charger would just flash saying error when i attempted to charge it. unfortanatly this is a common problem when buying Hart batteries. I had to return this item.
