[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have almost every Hart Impact guns and now this 3/8" ratcheting impact. So far so good, this has not let me down. Neither has all my other Hart impacts. Beats paying big $$$$ for Dewalt or Milwaukee brands! These batteries also have been everlasting. Right now I've been using the 4AH batteries for most my bigger job and the 1.5AH batteries for the smaller quick job. I use them all at work and at home anything from car and tractor repair to greenhouse construction. I Love this brand. Can't wait to try out the yard tools and others!
this tool is quality built and really speeds up your time working on a project. the built in led light makes it easy to see in those far away tight spots under the hood of your vehicle. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've own the hart electric ratchet for 3 years now using it every at my dealership job as a full time tech and compared to the ones I've seen my coworkers purchase and used off the tool trucks it does everything the competitors can do and better for a fraction of the cost. I give the torque/ breakaway torque a 4/5 durability 5/5 and battery life and longevity 5/5 no complaints and no issues out of this tool

It made the job go smooth and quick! The design was great working in a tight space. It worked so well that I intend on purchasing more items from Hart and you can't beat the price. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace spark plugs in my highlander and this was very helpful to remove all the bolts to get to the rear plugs. Saved a lot of time. It got most of the bolts off but some of them I had to grab my impact as it wasn't strong enough, thats why we need a brushless version please!
This thing is a complete joke. Used it for the 1st time today and it just stops like the battery is dead as soon as you put any load on it. I can hold the socket with my hand it it won't turn it. I own a lot of hart tools and they've been good, but this one is a bust
