If you can connect a 9 volt battery or attach this to the USB port on your computer(cable included), then you are set. Worked fine and we shipped many packages with USPS click and ship.

Our postage scale broke and we were looking for a replacement. This scale is half the price of the one available from our online postage vendor, it's a 30 lb scale (not 25 lb) and it's compatible with the postage software. It's everything that our small office needed!
I love this scale. It is very accurate and works perfectly. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it runs on battery. Yes, it has a place to plug in an A/C adapter, but it doesn't come with one! Uses a 9V battery and it's fine. It makes my life easier because I can ship packages right from my front door!
Great simple to use scale. My only complaint is that you have to order an adapter for reg electrical outlet. Cannot buy it instore. Should be included in package deal. Otherwise it seems very accurate and simple operation.
Works excelllent, only drawback- does not come with power adapter, so has to be used while hooked up to computer with USB or 9 volt battery. Should have come with the adapter.
just purchased this scale...did two weigh-ins and saw the difference immediately...almost 50% off on postal rates via paypal and ebay. I recommend to this product to be a part of your office system can really save you $$ in the long run.
Works fine as far as scales go. Would be nice if the power adaptor was included and it does not have a "hold" feature for weighing large objects. It all comes down to knowing what you are buying. These scales are very accurate and easy to use. I checked them against some small weights I have and the were right on the money.
my only complaint (and the only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars) is that the read out is hard to see, even in good light. Otherwise it has met all my expectations.
I bought this scale based on all of the great reviews, but I couldn't be more disappointed. The battery connector for the 9V doesn't come out of the receptacle so it is almost impossible to snap the battery in. Once I finally got the battery in, the display on the front showed low battery. I tried another brand-new 9V, only to get the same result. There isn't an power cord to plug it in to the wall, only a USB connector for online shipping. I returned it.
