I have always used Chi flat irons. The last one I had finally broke after 10 years! Love the color of this one!
This is the best straightener I've ever used. Hands down.
The color is very cool and the comb is a great add on.
I feel like the original one is better, it's still okay just have to run threw my hair a couple times
I bought this Chi Air. Heats up well but my hair does not come out as straight and shiny as it does with the regular Chi. Looks a bit frizzy and dull
Quality control is lacking. Had an original CHI for 6 years. This one has to be passed over hair more times than I ever had to with my old one. Hair still isn't smooth. Rip off.
Not impressed with it at all. Still using very high heat, still takes me just as long to do my hair. There is no need to spend $65 on this when my $27.00 flat iron is just as good if not better and its like 5+ years old. I was just shocked at the disappointment in this flatiron.
