I've had it for a little over two weeks and have used it every day. It's not gym quality - but that's why it's much less money. It is high quality for home use and seems to be constructed well enough to last through years of normal use at home. Fairly easy to assemble, very easy to use and it gives a great, low impact, all-around workout. I'm very happy with it.
I bought this exerciser online and had it shipped. It arrived in a few days as promised. It was easy to assemble and I was surprised at the quality. This is not a lightweight piece of junk. It is well made and I can easily see it lasting for several years, even with daily use. The pedal mechanism "skips" for some reason when you start the down stroke but you can adjust the tension until you get used to it and it doesn't really affect the workout. The rowing exerciser is great! By adjusting the tension knob you can make your work-out harder or easier. The HR monitor does not work but I wasn't really expecting it to because most gym equipment monitors don't work either. Overall this a good total body exerciser and is great quality for the money I spent.
It was purchase this bike or pay for gym membership...we made the right choice. This bike/rower is smooth, easy to use and even fun. In MN it's easier to go to the basement on a cold morning than to drive and we get options for our workouts!! Easy to put together, fast delivery...can't say enough good things about it.
The delivery man brought it right to the room I am using it in. Took a couple hour to set up a pleasure to use. I have used it every day since it arrived I have it set up in front of a window with a great nature view. I ride and row 60 minutes a day and I feel great and move smooth, it is well worth the money. I am 76, had stents in my heart last year and must exercise, this is better than belonging to a health club as I can do it anytime I want. If you asked me I would tell you to get one.
A little tricky to assemble, but once together a great machine. After a couple weeks, the strap holding the rowing bar came undone and wound itself down into the machine. I couldn't get to it, so I called their customer service line. The woman was very nice, asked me twice if I was hurt, and then promptly (within 4 days) sent out a whole new front part of the machine. EXCELLENT customer service. Very good value for the price. HAPPY HAPPY!
Easy to assemble, quick delivery, sturdy, smooth,quiet.
I've been using my conversion recumbent/rower for a couple of weeks now and I've been very pleased. It was easy enough to assemble - I did it without any help and I'm a 55 year old woman. I should contact customer support about the hr monitor - it doesn't work. I got the impression from some other reviewers that it might not so, I wasn't totally shocked about that. I don't have any trouble reaching the pedals, keeping my feet strapped in, etc. So far, the machine has been reasonably quiet. I can easily watch tv while riding and not have to turn the volume up to an intolerable level. I'm pleased (I'll contact customer support about the hr monitor issue and hopefully, be even happier).
