This exercise "bike" is great workout equipment...the best price, by far, was with JET.COM...it was delivered as promised, even earlier in the day than expected...the Real Deal [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We have had this exercise bike for about 2 weeks and are very happy with it! It's stable, doesn't take up much room, and looks really good. We are in our 70's and both are enjoying using it every day. We like the comfortable seat which is adjustable. The display is easy to see and gives us all the info we need, such as distance, time, and calories used. Pedaling is smooth and quiet. We like the simple tension adjustment, and works perfectly. It arrived well-packed in it's box in several pieces, but the directions were clear and it took only a short time to assemble it. This is a very high quality machine! We highly recommend it.
As a 60 year old Diabetic this product has worked extremely well for me so far. Better than walking on a treadmill and great for working the upper body. Just starting using this product on Jan 18th, 2017 and have lost 2 lbs. from 210 to 208. Have also experience no knee or joint pain as has occurred often when walking on the treadmill. Ordering through Walmart saved us almost $600.00 over manufacture's retail/website price. I highly recommend this product.
I am 84.5 years young and have always exercised. I am no longer able to use my elliptical due to scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. This bike is a God Send ! Amazingly well built and does the job for me. Will add years to my life !
Good value for the cost. Easy assembly. Works as listed. Negative's for me seat adjustment lever could better, no tension adjustment for arms.
It is quite smooth and quiet, and it is a nice leg workout. Overall, I'm enjoying the bike. The one problem I have is with the seat adjustment. It would be nice if I were able to angle the seat and the back in order to give myself a more comfortable position instead of just slide forward, back, up and down. Rotating arms — meh....
I have had the Stamina for about a month and used it 8 times. I use it mostly for an arm exerciser and the only small issue I have had is the arms want to work loose. So I installed two lock washers on top of the provided washers and that cured that. The seat adjusts easily and my wife has used it more for a bicycle exercise and had no problems at all.
I have enjoyed the bike so far but would like it to have more tension strength. After my surgery and clearance to exercise from my doctor I had to set it to five just to start. Lower setting had virtually no resistance. the upper body handles when rotating could be smoother in operation, they clunk when using. The seat lock could have been better designed also and tends to loosen up when riding. I think it is a bit costly for its construction. Ive owned two Schwinn recumbents prior to buying yours and both lasted over ten years for less money but was drawn to the upper body workout design. I like the simple electronic package I use it daily like it's predecessors so let's see how she holds up for the long haul.
I thought from the add the arms and legs can work together but the have to be used separately and they only work in one direction if I knew that I'd have gotten a different bike because of those limitations
Bike was fairly easy to assemble, and provides at home option for exercise. Like the rather small footprint. Pretty good unit for the money. Only problem is that the upper exercise handles tend to collide with your knees. It is hard to position the unit to avoid this and therefore, I have been using the foot pedals and the hand controls separately. Still, I am getting an aerobic workout at home without going to a public exercise room.
