I would have never thought that this portable stepper would give such a great workout. I definitely feel the burn! Plus, I take the stepper wherever I go because of its compact size. I find that having the electronic monitor count my steps and calories burned very useful.
I am enjoying my machine. My friend even ordered one. Might do a virtual workout. She is in Missouri and me in Texas
Love it. My dietitian recommended that I get a stepper to boost my metabolism and add to my daily work out. Love it and now I can work out during my lunch hour!!!
This is a great product and well worth the money. The Unit is well constructed and works like a charm. My 9 year old grandson, has used it every day since we opened it. My daughter (who is a avid runner) likes it so much that she wants one! I have literally had to fight my family to use my "birthday" gift. I was really surprised by the high quality materials and the ease in assembly. If you want to lose weight, this will certainly do it. It comes with two sets of resistance bands for use both on and off the stepper. I really like the video that is included with the machine. I used it while watching television and was so caught up in my program, I forgot I was exercising. You will not be disappointed with this purchase and if you follow the video, results are sure to follow. I am taking Before and After Photos and will post my progress using this piece of equipment.
I have owned one of these for years. It is the only piece of equipment I actually continue to use. I am pear shaped and carry most of my weight on my lower half, and this really gets my hips, thighs, lower tummy, and bum lean and tone. I sweat more on this machine in 10 mins than I do speed walking 5 miles. Not even joking! Not to mention much less impact than walking and feels better on my knee and ankle joints.
Bought this about a month ago with some reservations. How could something so small be usuable. Looked gimmicky. Changed my mind. It is stable and the added hand elastics are enough to get your heart racing. For those times when a trip to the gym is more than you have time for, you can squeese in a quick but meaningful working with this right at home.
It is a workout. Got to give it that. However, it squeaks like an Elk in distress. Have tried WD40 in every cranny that we thought the noise was coming from. But, we still have it.
I wouldn't get this stepper as the sole part of your daily workout routine but it's great to use in conjunction with other cardio equipment if you have it- I recommend the stamina green machine strider to go with it!
In the middle of my work out the thing breaks. Right where the step is welded to the frame. I Bought this not too long ago. My weight is well below the weight limit for using this machine. Really dissapointed in this product.
The product I bought was harder to operate than thought. The shocks provided more resistance than I wanted for the exercise I was looking for. I would have like to be able to adjust it to make it easier at the beginning to operate it. Maybe in time I would get used to a harder workout.
