The only drawback I found was the assembly was a little difficult for me at age 79.
I haven't spent a lot of time on it yet because shortly after I got it I had a total knee replacement.. But I can hardly wait to get back on it, I really enjoyed the time I have spent on it. Quite a workout......
We just received the bike and put it together. A two person job because you have to tighten screws from the bottom. We took it for a test spin, but have not fully used it. The seat is very comfortable (I have back problems). It is large and sturdy. I can't wait to start using it. It is larger than I thought it would be and so it is not very easy to move from room to room on our carpeted floor. Very minor downside compared to this impressive bike!
This is a nice machine. The seat is extra thick and comfortable. Computer is backlit, easy to use and plugs into outlet. Lots of adjustable programs and the resistance changes accordingly. I like the two sets of handlebars to hold on to.

I took me a long time to assemble this. I have been going to a professional gym and wanted something not to expensive but would have the feel of a professional machine that I am use to using. As I assembled this I began to doubt my choice. As it came together it started to have the sturdiness and feel of the machines I have become use to. I was delighted that the resistance matched those others and the heart rate monitor works great. Getting use to the 12 pre-programmed workouts and how they work the heart rate monitor took some getting use to. As does getting the calories burned and the distance you ride working for you. Once you get everything working and understand how to use the computer you will be happy with this machine. Altogether it is a nice bike and worth the price. The price is no where near the cost of the ones at the gym but the features you get and workout are comparable. I think if they would make videos on how to use the computer people would be able to start using this machine faster. Then everyone will be happy.
