This bike is a great value for the price. It's very quiet and I can watch tv and read while i'm working out. And very easy to assenble. There are several levels of resistance and it offers a very smooth stride. I would definately recommend this bike for anyone looking for a good quality bike at an affortable price.
Prior to September I had started working out pretty vigorously and then I lost feeling from my chest down and as a result had to have spinal cord surgery in November of 2010. I am not able to stand very well still because my nerves are still regenerating. I bought this bike to help me regain my feeling and to help me lose the weight that I had previously lost but gained back due to the fact that I was on steroids for three months. It is awesome, very quiet and very comfortable. I love that the seat leans back so that I can also work some of my core muscles. This is the best stationary bike that I have ever encountered and since I bought it less than a month ago I have already lost 4 pounds. I do not use it everyday because too much exercise hurts my back but I am sure I will use it more frequently as the months go on and I continue to heal.
I bought this bike, because I wanted to start working out at home. I do not have time with my busy schedule to go out to a gym. Therefore, I decided to buy this bike because I liked all the features and especially the color. When I got the bike, I thought that it was going to be hard to assemble, but to my surprise, it was not hard at all. I assembled the bike in a flash and just by myself. I tried it and it was every easy to understand instructions. This bike is the most easy thing to work out with, very smooth and enjoyable. The thing that I love the most was that it makes no noise at all; I can watch television without having to turn up all the volume. I definitely recommend the bike it is the best thing you could have in your home.
Bike is a cinch to assemble. Comfortable seats and very, very quiet. Neat monitor tilts and adjusts so you can see it without having to get out of seat while exercising to see your progress.
bought this recumbent after only a little research looking for something dependable and durable for use while reading or xboxing. Assembly was easy enough, well packed. I like the display, nice and low and adjustable so can see over it easily. Back rest gives good support, the seat cushion is contoured such that I have to scrunch down more than seems normal. On low settings, 4 or less, it is absolutely silent, but over 5 it has an irritating clunking sound, which suggest the hub may be loose inside, we'll see if it gets worse. The seat adjustment is great, quick and infinite. Overall I like it and would recommend, but am a bit concerned with the noise at higher resistance.
