Satisfied with Purchase

I purchased this treadmill on February 26, 2012. It arrived on March 5, 2012. I was very happy to put it together and get to running. However, the instructions are very confusing and in a particular step, I could not figure out at all how to insert a 'base pad'. Figuring the base pad is cosmetic anyway and serves no real purpose since there is already cushioning on the bottom from a previous step, I skipped that step. The rest of the setup and instructions were fairly easy. Once I plugged it up, and was excited to see the results, I then found out that none of the top two rows of buttons worked. Awesome. After troubleshooting on my own for probably an hour, (which included basically taking the whole treadmill apart again), I then decided to remove the display panel and take a look at the wiring inside. What I found was really a quality control issue. There was a ribbon wire that was hanging halfway out of the spot it plugged into and was bent. After I fixed that, "Ta-da!" it worked great! I then ran for a mile and a half. I love this treadmill so far!

We've been running on this treadmill for about two weeks now, and we enjoy it. It can be noisy, but what can you expect. I think the initial set up is a little confusing as far as setting up users. Once you figure it out it's easy. My husband says that the belt slips every once in awhile, but I have never had that happen to me. Putting the machine together wasn't too bad except trying to get the very last bolt in.... haha... that took an additional 30 minutes to get in, but we finally got it! My husband who is more of an avid runner says he's been on a lot nice treadmills and this one is about average in comparrison.

A mid range treadmill. So far it mostly works well. I noticed that if I am jogging at above 5mph the belt gets "jerky" every time my foot comes down which was very annoying. I like that it will keep track of usage for two people and that it breaks it down between the year, month, week, and day. Overall I am happy with it
