I am a male, 45 years old, and have battled acne and oily skin my entire life. I started using this product a couple years ago and noticed an immediate clearing of my skin as well as overall oil reduction. This product worked immediately and did it without drying my skin because it has special acne skin moisturizers that help to reduce redness and irritation. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT, the best I have ever used. For Neutrogena Corporate Office, you stopped making this product for a period of time last year and I was forced to switch to another product. My face broke out and I had to battle acne until you starting producing this product again. PLEASE, DO NOT EVER STOP MAKING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN, IT IS GREAT! This is the only face soap that I will ever use.
There are too many good things to say about this product...it clears my acne in a couple days and prevents it from coming back, smells good, leaves no residue, and it's refreshing. I can't find the foam product in stores anymore but it needs to come back because I have never found anything like it!
I bought this product about a year ago and am obsessed. Even though it is a bit drying for my skin type, that is easily remedies with some oil free moisturizer. This honestly clears up all acne and blemishes in a number of days. Completely worth every penny in my oppinion. Definitely a must have if you have any spots
I used to try different Neutrogena cleansers when I was a teen and they were always too harsh for my sensitive skin. I took a chance and tried this foaming face wash about 2 years ago and I have been loyal since. I even tried the gel cleanser in this same product line, but it's not the same. The foaming cleanser removes eye makeup without stinging and still prevents/ fights my occasional breakouts. I hate that at 32, I still worry about acne, but I am grateful for this product.
I have tried numerous other cleansers that were much pricier and this is THE BEST product out there! I love the foamy texture, fresh scent and the way it feels cool on my skin. This cleans without being too drying even though I use prescription Retinol cream. This cleanser refreshes like a tall glass of ice water on a hot day. PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT AWAY!!!
After using countless acne pads, three step programs, and other treatments I'd almost given up hope on having nice looking skin. Most products left me with even more acne or a flakey face. Finally one day at the local drug store I gave this product a chance and I am more than pleased. As an 18 year old guy I would never go on a page like to to look at the products or even write a review, but this stuff blew my mind and I had to say something. All it does is keep my skin clean and that is all I've been looking for in a product. My skin is soft, smooth, and clear of any blemishes. This stuff is great!
I bought this product about a week ago. I use it every morning and every night before I go to bed. I put on a moisturizer on after it because I tend to get dry skin. After the first use I noticed that my breakouts were diminishing and disappearing. My skin is softer and I love it.

My skin has always been a little flaky concerning acne products, for a couple of days it works but then it would just go back to what it was. I picked this product up, thinking "Why not?" and it was probably the best decision I have made! My face is dramatically clearer and my skin feels amazing!
When I tried this stuff, I was soo excited. I even paid for it - which my mom usually does. I have never used Neutrogena before, but I had been super excited because of the fact of so many good reviews from Neutrogena. I've never had any problems with acne, but I still clean my face for support of no zits. I probably get maybe 12 zits a year, one a month. But, once I started using this stuff, I broke out fully. Redness and irritation is all over my face. I'm soo disappointed about this product. But, on the bright side.. I smells good..
