I used this on our horse trailer that has a door to the horse section of the trailer. I wanted to have bug protection, allow a flow through air movement and not spend several hundreds of dollars having a special RV bug screen installed. Met all of those needs just fine!
Absolutely better than the $10 knock-offs you find elsewhere. Well worth the price. Easy to install and DURABLE!
Strong and perfect for doorways where a permanent screen door is not viable.
I really am pleased with this item. It allows me to leave my french doors open and keeps bugs out and my kitties in. Wasn't sure if it would work to keep the cats from escaping, but it seems to work just fine. I think they are afraid of it.
This is the second one we have bought. Kudos to the manufacturer for less packaging material! These are a great substitute for screen doors. Last summer we just moved it from door to door, but now we can get some cross ventilation. Highly recommend!
Would work well for hanging in your double doorway on your home but we had to make some hanging adjustments for hanging in a doorway of our solarium. Is working well though keeping bugs out especially when watching tv in there.
It works, but needs a bit of finesse for closing, especially if there is a breeze. The best part is the fact that with the mounting pole the system can be removed easily.
The bug off screen is perfect for the purpose I bought it; but it happens to be a bit too short "width" to fit the door frame across. This is the only reason I gave it a rating of 4 instead of a 5. I will search for it in a wider screen size for my next purchase.
too little velcro and too little magnets, BUT at this price it does provide some bug coverage. for french doors, a "real" screen solution was hundreds of dollars. if you're willing to sew on or glue more velcro and magnets, it's a winner!
There are 2 problems with this product. 1) It is not as pictured. This particular product does not have the side split opening only a central opening. 2) There is only 1 magnet in the center to keep it closed so there are a lot of gaps at the split, therefore to let everything in that you are attempting to keep out. I am returning this item.
