I bought two of these lamps for my living room end tables. They are really well made. They're pretty heavy, so if one of my pets runs into it, the lamp won't fall over. The swing arm is nice and so is the three way switch for a three way bulb. The shade cleans easily with a duster or damp cloth. They seem bigger than we expected too.
I bought 2 of these to replace wall mounted swing-arm lamps. I am extremely pleased with them. I was afraid that after so many years with a lot of nightstand space I wouldn't like having table lamps but the base of this lamp doesn't take up much room at all. They are sturdy with very nice shades and they look much more expensive than they were. I would definitely buy these again.
Very good quality, stable and attractive. It's a good height for reading, and the 3-way bulb lets us set the light low for a quiet setting or bright for reading. I also bought the floor lamp. They look so nice in the room!
I ordered 3 of these lamps however was disappointed with them because in order for the swivel arm to swivel at the correct angle meant the electrical cord had to be placed towards the front when sitting them on the table. The swivel arm only swiveled at one point and needed to swivel at 2 points. The lamp was also much smaller than expected so I returned all 3 lamps and am still searching for a good table or floor lamp with a swivel arm.
