This is a great gift idea for new moms. It is a little easier for moms still getting the hang of getting the little ones dressed. ( exspecially, with all the diper changes) It also works great later on for baby doll clothing, and dust rags.
These are SO much easier to put on and take off than regular pull over shirts. Newborns do not like to have items pulled over their heads- I wish they had the side snap onesies as well in long sleeve.
I swear by these with newborns!!! Easiest thing to put on them, gives them an extra layer in the winter and great for summer too!
This is great for when your childs ambilical cord needs to heal. It is great when the child is just in the t-shirt and diapers, but they do ride up under clothes. This product is much easier to put on a new born than onesies. They are not as long as I thought they would be because they allow the navel to show and my infant was less than 7lbs.
I am getting ready for my second child and have already bought three packs of these t shirts. I used these shirts for the first six months with my first child, because they are so easy to put on and take off. The side snap makes it so convienent, there is no worrying with slipping it over the babies head. The quality of the product is great, I never had any problems with them shrinking or fading.
Easier to put on then those that go over the head

This product was recommended by a friend, mom of 2, and I agree it's a "must have" for newborns with a delicate neck. Trying to fit his head through the neck of the shirt seemed very uncomfortable for him. I bought a dozen and I still had to do my baby's laundry every other day. The side-snaps are very easy to put on. My baby wore them until he could no longer fit them.
Being a first time mom I never knew Newborn clothes were so small these are so cute though I hope my daughter gets a few wears out of them Very soft and nice - well made
I am a first time expectant Mom and very excited in buying clothes for my baby. It's hard to find side snap shirts for baby, so when I saw one from Gerber I got it right away. I washed it in the washing machine and put it in the dryer on delicate, and when I took them out, two already have small holes on the shoulder area. It was a waste of money. I wish they would use a stronger material for this type of shirt as other Gerber clothes are just fine for me. I would not recommend this side snap shirt from Gerber!
