I was pleasantly surprised with how fast it works too and I've never had to take more than one dose to help my stomach. I highly recommend adding this to your medicine cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I call this liquid gold. I have bad heart burn and this has helped me so much and works fast. The taste reminds me of those Canadian pink mints. Not only does this work for heart burn but also for nausea and upset stomach. I suggest taking it on the first onset of symptoms.
I had awful stomach pain and other unpleasant symptoms today. I was really suffering. Within 15 minutes of my first dose, the horrible pain subsided and I felt better ever since. My only complaint is the flavor and consistency. I can't take it without gagging and almost throwing up. It works so well and I'm grateful for it, but I might have to try the liquid caps or chews next time.
I don't know or have any ideas what happened to Pepto products but doesn't work. It dose take my systems away however my systems come back the next day and are worse. This is with every product I have tried in the Pepto family. The only thing I don't understand is all of them have the main active ingredients. So how can one say for this and that and the other say for this system?
