Aveeno makes amazing skin care products. I highly recommend the Aveeno Positively Ageless Youth Perfecting Moisturizer with Sunscreen! It helped heal a terrible skin rash I suffered with for 6 months along with using the Positively Ageless Daily Gentle Exfoliating Scrub cleanser. Miracle products. They saved my skin! This moisturizer is lightweight and not sticky which is amazing for a moisturizer with sunscreen. Highly recommend!!! Get it, you won't be sorry!
I love this product. Feels clean, protects from sun, non-allergic, doesn't have an scent. After visiting three stores locally I went to Meijer and was told the product line was changing. This purple-lidded product was presented as the "replacement." It has a heavy scent and after three days make my skin itch and burn, especially my neck. Please help me find my favorite skin product!
I had a few dark circles forming under my eyes. After one week, I saw astonishing results! The dark circles were gone, skin was acne free, smooth, soft, and even toned! Lovely product, and I didn't have a problem with the pump! I don't need foundation or concealer any more! This is a true miracle worker!
Product feels good on your skin. Not heavy. Good Sunblock. A little pricey for just moisturizer with sunblock, but I can't find a comparable product for less.
I have been using Aveeno products for decades now and like them. However, I tried positively ageless moisturizer for the first time while I was on vacation last year. My eyes burn so much I could hardly keep them open. For that weekend I kept blaming the sun for my problem. When I returned home however and found that even in the house my eyes burn, I knew it had to be the cream. I really love how it makes my skin feel and look, but because of the burning I have to be so careful in applying it. I will finish it because it cost so much, but I will not use it again.
I don't know if it's the mushroom protein but this moisturizer is so incredibly harsh that I had to wash it off! My eyes were burning, crying, and I could barely keep them open....I didn't even apply the cream on my eyes, just on the surrounding areas. I'm extremely disappointed that I wasted my money on this product, and I no longer have the receipt. I don't have sensitive skin, and I've never had a reaction like this extreme.
I tried this product for 2 weeks and experienced burning around my eyes throughout the day. I would have to constantly rinse my eyes with water . I stopped using this product a couple days ago and the burning stopped. Positively Radiant works better for me. Should have stayed with Positively Radiant, but I wanted to try this one because the benefit claims on the package. Wasted money.
My co-worker has developed a severe face rash after using this product. It kept growing and burning. Her gp told her it was nerves...It turns out that she developed Shitake Dermatis from using this product. If you do use this and have no allergic reactions that is great. BUT before you try it, put a dab on the test piece to see if you have the same reaction before you go through weeks of itchy, flaky, red rash...
I have been using this product for a month now. About 2 weeks ago I developed a rash on my neck, and my glads have become swollen. I looked at the ingredients on the bottle, and thought I should be safe. I looked it up today on the Internet to discover that your product contains wheat which I am highly allergic to. Your "other" ingredients should be listed on the bottle! I have been suffering, shame on you. I trusted Aveeno products.
I bought this product to try after reading that it is supposed to help reduce the signs of aging (lines, wrinkles, texture etc). I have only used it for a few weeks liberally before bed and during the day when I know I'll be out in the sun. The areas around my eyes seem to have improved. i don't like to put too much on because it feels heavy and I was afraid of breakouts. So I concentrated putting it lightly around my mouth (laugh lines) and jawline which tens to be dry. Unfortunately I now have the worst case of acne I've had since being a teenager - on the sides of my mouth and my jawline. These aren't small pimples, they are large, red and grouped together and seem to be hanging on. As of today I am unfortunatlely going to stop using the product to see if it clears up. Im pretty certain this product is the cause because it started after using. I hope I'm wrong. In rereading the bottle, it seems to point to it being a sunscreen rather than a moisturizer but the write up says different. Am I using the wrong product?
