It arrived before it was supposed to . Yeah. Set up easily in minutes. Looks like new and works great!.
I've have my computer for about a month now a it's worked great. Shipping was fast and well packaged! Very easy to hook up!
CPU is smaller than I expected, which isn't bad, but there's no room in the case for anything. The DVD drive, for example, is a slimline model like a laptop would use. My unit included a cheap mouse and keyboard, which is nice (the description says it just comes with a power cord) but really, really cheap; the mouse didn't work. Typical of these mini-towers, the power unit is a long, slim unit that's probably expensive to replace. The specs were as advertised except I got a much better CPU (Core i5-4590 @ 3.30GHz; about 14% better benchmark). I have no idea how reliable it will be, but I mainly worry that the 2TB disc (mine's a wdc wd2003fyys-02w0b0) might wear out sooner. If that worries you, you might want to buy a Chromebook instead. In case anyone cares, CentOS 7 Live Gnome runs great and that's what I'm going to be running. FWIW, Dell seems to support Red Hat and Ubuntu.
I went over my new Dell pc with a fine tooth come this thing is perfect,I couldn't believe the quality of the device it's like brand new and the price forget about it you won't find a better deal.
So it's exactly the system I had expected, great functionality and features for Windows 10. Not the best system ever but an upgrade from the system I had and it will run World of Warcraft for my kids. What I want to mention especially is the service. After I received my system, I was trying to figure out how to add a 2nd monitor. I was not able to have 2 monitors on my previous system so I thought it would be cool. It took several emails but the support team was able to finally explain to me what I was doing wrong and went above and beyond to help make it happen. They were kind and willing to assist even though I had already received the system and did not pay for the service plan or anything. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
it works okay but the clock doesn't seem to keep time after windows restarts. I set it when this happens. not a real big issue so will continue using it...
these are "refurbished" and came from some company. there isn't much that comes with the computers because of security measures. ie: USB ports, sdmi ports, wireless adapter and stuff. the computer also stopped working after about 5 months. I'm assuming the power supply.
Rec'd the computer and it had a bunch of black tar like stuff all over it. It took me 10 minutes of scrubbing to get it off my hands and the keyboard was the biggest piece of junk, it was damaged and had silver gunk all over it. Going to return it right now. Was sold through Walmart.com by Discount Computer Depot!
Bought for granddaughter for homework. She didn't start school til the 20th of Sept, cuz of the covid. So it was already out of warranty. Quite quickly the computer starting to blue screen, even in safe mode. The Dell hard drive had issues. Then the computer kept slowing down, found there was a bad stick of (4 GB) memory.
stop working after a month.
