I was prepared to be unimpressed with this product as I really don't suffer much from Dandruff. The product has a slight medicinal smell, but not at all objectionable. I was surprised to find that it lathers very well- even in our hard water. As I rubbed it in, I could feel my scalp tingle a bit - in a very good way. My hair felt really clean and it helps invigorate me. After using it afew times now, I can say it is much better than my regular shampoo and it leaves my scalp feeling sort of healthy. I had no idea a shampoo could make such a difference. I can't comment on the anti- dandruff aspect, but everything else makes this product a winner. I would highly recommend it. I use the one with coconut oil in it. This product is absolutely amazing. I was having such bad dandruff I was so embarrassed. Switched to this product and the amount of dandruff I had decreased significantly. Also left my hair so smooth. Highly recommend

So my kid's school sent home a notice informing me that someone in their class has lice, and we should keep an eye out for them. My hair had been off-and-on itchy and this had me concerned, so I looked through our hair and found not one lice. Hair was still itchy and I kept checking, nothing. Finally I received my Head and Shoulders Clinical Solutions in the mail, and have been using it every time I shower. Itching gone. Thank goodness! I love this shampoo but it's out of stock that I been waiting to get it. my son love this he been using it and his hair feels wonderful.

I originally got this shampoo as a sample to try and I gave it to someone who could really benefit, if it really did work. He loved it and has not suffered from Dandruff since. It is hard to find in stores but it is just as easy to order it from Walmart.
