I bought this for my son when he was born and I must say I was very pleased overall. Good wood, quality overall is satisfactory - the only thing I would change is making the pillow abit thicker and more plush for comfort. Its slightly on the thin side.
This bassinet is perfect for small apartments where you don't have room for cribs starting out. We use this for upstairs when baby has fallen asleep instead of taking him downstairs to crib. I makes it nice with the music and vibration. We keep extra diapers and wipes on the bottom so we don't have to up and down. Then we roll it out of the way when the baby is downstairs.

I love it its really cute i will recommend it its just perfect if u donth have alot of space. The only thing i hade a problem is whit the store shiping they told me a date and it took more then it told me but the bassinet its good.
ALMOST EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! THE ONLY ISSUES WE HAD WITH PUTTING THIS UNIT TOGETHER WAS THE BAR COVERS ON THE SHORTER ENDS. HOLES WHERE NEVEN.
We have a few more weeks to go before we have the baby. We bought this product 2 weeks ago. My husband was able to assemble this quite easily. however, almost at the end he realized that the wheels won't insert and won't click. they kept falling off. we thought the product was defective.. I reached out to Summer Infant customer service the next day. I am very impressed with their prompt response. they were able to ship me a completely new unit within the week. Great customer service!
have yet to use it with my baby (due july 2014) but have it set up. was simple to build by myself. and is sturdy. my 2 year old climbed into it one day and it held his weight. (26 pounds) so im glad that its reliable enough to hold a heavier baby because we all know babies come in all weight ranges. love the look of it too and the fact that it has wheels to take it room to room.
The bassinet was delivered on time and as far as I see, all the parts are accounted for. However, I have yet to assemble same. I do believe I wont be disappointed.
Bought this product for my friends baby shower and she returned it to me. The bassinet is very pretty and light weight, but there were lots of imperfections in the wood. Poorly joined veneers, uneven sanding and very thin pad. Doesn't seems like it could hold 8 lbs, much less 15.
