A bit of a luxury, but my DIL was really hoping to get the bassinest for a shower gift. We (2 grandmothers) thought the price was a bit high, but a new mother wants what she wants. We received it in 2 days w/o expedited shipping. We saved significantly thru JET.com on price & shipping. Son & DIL got it all set up and it is awesome. Very sturdy. Highest quality. Many features. dIL loves the nursing timer feature. Very pleased all the way around. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
First off the side doesn't come all the way down it pops back up hitting your baby as you lift it out. Second the feet stick out so far and are so heavy if you accidentally trip or kick one you WILL break a toe and unless your super talented will probably go down with baby therefore causing a serious lawsuit. I Returned the halo bassinet back to the store.
