I've been using this product for awhile now and I love it. If you follow the hcg diet plan and take 2 pills before each meal you will lose up to a pound a day. Works just as good as the hcg drops. I highly recommend this product if you want to lose a lot of weight. As long as you stick to the diet plan you will be successful taking these pills!!
I used this and crapped like the dickens! Smooth ride.
