It is so lightweight yet holds strong depending on how you curl your hair(and even though I have very fine, straight hair) it can last up to four days, and makes hair appear thick, so sad they're discontinuing it
Definitely gives volume but isn't a strong hold so if you're looking for a scrunch look then also put on some gel or other mousse after.
