We purchased this item after a recent torn Achilles tendon and it is working better than expected. I t is much better than another model we have had for several years.
Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Easy to manipulate.
Very good quality. Comfortable to use around the house and for short errands. After breaking my ankle and requiring surgery this worked well for me. The handle folds down and is adjustable for height as the seat is as well.
1. Sturdy, with great handle bars for pickup 2. High quality materials 3. Fast folding and assembly 4. Rides smoothly, easy to propel. 5. Make sure handle bars are high enough and the knee pad is right for your size. 6. Great break handle. Other models use kind of bicycle on both sides that can poke someone. 7. Only after day of use at work, where I put in most of my walking, per my Fitbit, my feet hurt much less. 8. Expect to rely on it heavily after my foot surgery, but doctor told me to use it before to reduce stress 9. Prefer black color as it is least noticeable. Don't want too much attention. 10. Want to keep it for a long time, as foot injury can happen anytime.
Easy to use.
The price was average, and the craftsmanship was of good quality! The ease of use was good, as the scooter compacts quickly and easily... The ride was smooth and the wheels rolled very well. The diameter of the wheels was very good to allow the scooter to easily role over small pebbles and other obstacles. The scooter could use one improvement, it needs a parking brake, something to hold it in place when unattended.. If the scooter is on a slope it will run away if the driver lets go of it!
Bought this for my brother who has Achilles' tendon surgery. He is about 6'3", nearly 300lbs and trying to hop anywhere on crutches was miserable for him. Since he got this is has been active again. His INDEPENDENCE has significantly increased. He zips from room to room, /around stores and can even get himself to his son's football games (which we all know you walk a distance and on crutches would of been painfully miserable) His only complaint is, the walker does not do well changing floor levels, such as carpet to hardwood. Any little bump in the road can and has thrown the walker for a jump. Since he is away of it, it is able to brace for it.
Walmart kept me up to date with the shipping, it arrived in 2 days and this product has helped me immensely in getting around
The only downside is is the turning radius
The first one I got the handle bars was crooked and no way to adjust them. I went ahead and tried a replacement. The replacement had a problem with the breaks squeaking very loud when you went forward.
