This is a great cork board. The frame is a medium oak color that matches nicely with furniture. It isn't too heavy to start. They took the guesswork out of hanging with the easy to use template, no measuring and putting holes in the wrong place. It was so easy to hang, tape template to wall, level the template, put screws through template into wall and your done. Great cork board for the price.
This was an excellent value for the price. This is just a plain cork bulletin board to use in the hallway of our condo. It will do the job without attracting attention. We don't want something that someone might steal. We are thankful that the price was reasonable. Pick up at Wal-Mart was easy and convenient.

The corkboard is quite thin - not thick enough to accommodate the length of the entire push pins. However, it is well-made and attractive.
The cork that is on the front of the board is not thick, and a standard size push pin does not go in all the way when you try to secure items. The cork should be about one-half inch to be functional, but this is probably one-fifth inch. To make it useful you must push the push-pin in at an angle. It is attractive, and the mounting screws are included, which is a nice plus.
