The chair is awesome!It is very comfortable and makes it easy to get out of the chair from a standing position.It also reclines back in to a comfortable laying position!
My mom loves it she daid its very comfortable and easy to use
Hayden was on time, assembled my recliner in hardly no time at all. He was very professional and courteous!
Easy to put it together
Only one person showed up, really needed two people. But the one person who did the work did an exce.job.
the personnel did their job quickly and efficiently, but they kept rescheduling the appointment and i had to call them or send the company emails to get a time that was convenient for both of us
Service was good, and fast. However the price was not so great. $79, too much money for a large chair that only took 15 minutes to assemble.
The chair works really well (is incredibly slow though) and is easy to assemble on your own. However, I would not recommend the porch service. I set an appointment, they called me to confirm 5 hours prior and I did not answer. I called back right after, left 3 voicemails, a text and email and they did not show up.
The fellow that came to put the chair together was a nice guy, did a good job but i think he took the paper work that came with the chair with him by mistake. All attempts to contact the company so far have resulted in nothing. So if my 93 year old mom needs to look at the directions to see how to set the vibrator or heater in the chair she has nothing. The print on the remote is to small to read unless you have a magnifying glass.
I paid $80 to have the chair assembled. The chair was delivered and left on my sidewalk, in the box. I had to get it into my house and assemble it BY MYSELF! Horrible customer service!
