Great service! Eric came to our home and was professional and did a great job! Scheduling was efficient and we would def get this service again.
They did a remarkable job! They put a chest dresser together and they were very meticulous assuring that The screws and nails were in the right place. Super nice and I even put up with all my questions and did so with a smile.
I love this dresser it is a beautiful piece of furniture. I paid to have it put together, it took the tech guy 2
The Porch Assistant Contractor was on time and very professional. He gave completed the assembly in the time frame he stated in our conversation over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.
This service was so helpful and they couldn't have done a better job. The dresser came with no instructions and they figured it out so fast and they were so nice! Definitely would recommend this service and will use it again in the future.
Do not recommend. Dresser fell apart ( all 3 drawers) within 8 months. I cannot get whole of anyone and have been pushed around to incorrect manufactures. I have tried contacting Porch, no response, and Walmart cannot assist. Do not pay for this service !
This is the WORST SERVICE EVER!! And to add insult to injury I CANNOT get through to SPEAK TO ANYONE!!! First off I purchase this dresser, ok it has a million pieces so I pay for the Porch services and they schedule me a time and day without making sure it works for me. Needless to say I missed that appointment, ok they reschedule me again WITHOUT CONSULTING ME..ok it's a weekend appointment I make arrangements, ok that gentleman was in an accident so they sent me the name of another gentleman with another DAY AND NIGHT...AGAIN WITHOUT CONSULTING ME..I rush home from work, I miss bible study all to be reassigned BACK TO THE GENTLEMAN WHO WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT...and AGAIN NO ONE CALLED....so GUESS WHAT NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AT WALMART!!! Even though I PAID WALMART....PORCH SERVICES IS CONTRACTED OUT SO BASICALLY IT'S LIKE PAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Never AGAIN
I decided to opt for the Porch set up service for a Tvilum Diana 8 Drawer Dresser I purchased, because reviews said it was difficult to assemble. This was a horrible mistake. At the onset, Walmart and Porch scheduled my assembly for 3 days before my package was expected to arrive. I received endless messages from Porch asking if they could set the dresser up early. Eventually I was able to contact Porch and have them reschedule the appointment FOR AFTER I received the item. The “professional” assigned to me asked to reschedule several times causing a huge headache for me at work. Next, on the day of my appointment, 2 minutes prior, Porch called me to let me know that they would be 30 minutes late. Thirty five minutes later I received a call asking where I was. The Porch representative showed up to the wrong address, despite the fact that I clarified in text message where my home was located. Additionally, the “professional” was under the impression that he was “hanging TVs”, when in reality he was supposed to be setting up a dresser. I ended up leaving work early twice for no reason, spending tons of time on hold with Porch and still do not have my dresser set up. To add insult to injury, my refund will take untold time to process because Porch has to coordinate the refund, despite the fact that I paid Walmart directly. This was a horrible service and I would never recommend it, even to my worst enemy. I am now hesitant to shop at Walmart because this experience angered me so much and reflects poorly on them. DO NOT USE PORCH !
I purchased a dresser from Walmart. It took the technician (YON) 12 hours
They said no one is my area to assemble, not sure why when I put in my zip code they said they did. I wouldn't of ordered it for my daughters dorm. Then a week later they were constantly calling to set up the appt and now they have someone in the area that does it! Very very confusing because I did get an email saying they didn't!
