shiny, buy not too shiny. goes well in comtemporary and regular style home. husband really likes it. i wish there was one in the other style of tissue boxes. i use mine in the living room and bedroom
I think the quality was a little cheaper than it appeared online. The sides were a little wavy and somewhat dented looking. Honestly, I ended up returning it. Not bad, but not what I was looking for either.
