I really like your mayonnaise. But its soo hard to open the little ones. (Small yellow portions at the snack bars with the Open here) . Im here on vacation and my son loves Mayo. But its really hard to open them. Even with my theeths. So please, try to cut them better to let them easier get open, i dont have a scissor with me ;-)
As a lifelong user of Hellmann's I would like to know what the heck happened to the color of your product since the packaging became plastic. I almost didn't purchase it because I thought they were spoiled Please work with your packaging company to improve. With thanks from NJ
I don't normally write reviews. I'm the kind of person that believes you should get what you have paid for. In this case I paid for two 64oz. jars of Hellmann's mayonnaise. Hellmann's is hands down my favorite mayonnaise, this is not the issue. The problem is with how the mayonnaise is packed and shipped. The last three times I've ordered online (because my local club is out of stock... still) and each time, upon receipt of the three separate shipments, the jars have arrived with broken lids/ broken lids and leaking jars, or a complete mayonnaise explosion. That jar was in pieces. Luckily with that shipment the jars were put into a secondary plastic bag which contained the awful mess. The jars are typically put into an oversized cardboard box with 4-6 feet of wadded brown paper which does very little to protect them from the lumps and bumps of shipping. The first incident was forgivable. Stuff happens. The second was a real mess and you replaced the damaged jar with a new one. All these incidents are unacceptable, but this is the third time in three orders that this has happened, and this is nearly unforgivable. As I said the local club has been out of stock for the past year so I am restricted to having them shipped, which doesn't bother me one way or the other. What does bother me is that I am NOT getting what I have paid for and that is upsetting.
In the LaGaurdia Airport, individual mayo packets were provided with my sandwich. Unfortunately, the Open Here section did not actually open the package. No amount of struggle, including my teeth, could persuade the packets to open. Y'all need to do better.0
What happened in the last 6 months? This used to be my favorite condiment, now it has a rancid miracle whip taste. Why does I turn to liquid after a month? (I've purchased and thrown away 4 jars because they tasted bad)
Have purchased this items many times without problems. This time my order arrived in an open box with out a top at all. One jar of the Mayonnaise was broken and Sam's refunded my money. However, the second jar has a dark color to it and afraid to even open it. Have compared it to an open jar I have and the color is definitely off. Have tried to submit pictures of the jar I received, but have not been able to submit pictures on this form.
Terrible squeeze container - can not even get any mayonnaise out without bending the container in half , awful and will never buy this type of packaging again
I've been using hellmans my entire life. It stops today. I'm very disappointed you have chose to use genetically modified ingredients in your products now. Do better!!!
You have changed the ingredients or the quality of the ingredients or the percentage of each ingredient. Your customers are not idiots. I hope the increase in profit margins is making up for all of your lost customers. The iconic Hellmans mayonnaise is now tasteless watery garbage. One question, is carrageenan one of the “natural flavors”??
Prisons should be made from the Multi-Layer packet material Hellman's uses. They are impossible to penetrate !!!!
