Easy to swallow. No after taste
Using this product gave me more room to eat carbohydrate cheats (like bread and pasta). I do not appear to be paying a weight gain penalty even on heavy carb days which before. I combine its use with Alpha Lipoic Acid.

For me it is a very good anti-oxidant. Also for me it improves the health of my skin. The maximum dose 500mg of Setria L-Glutathione Reduced seems to be the only type and dose that will give me these benefits.
