Very happy with this bike. I don't have much room in my house and it would fit in practically every room. It was simple to put together with easy to follow instructions. The iFIT ap is amazing! I have never biked before so the beginner classes were perfect. I enjoyed the different instructors and places to ride. It is great that the bike automatically changes resistance to match the ride you choose. I also loved that you could choose a gym class atmosphere or outdoor ride. I get bored in a real gym setting and I never did with the ap. They workouts fly by. I would not have enjoyed my workouts as much without the iFIT ap. I need someone to push me and that is exactly what the trainers do, safely. I also really like how the ap will record the stats of your workouts so you can see your improvement overtime. The speakers are surprisingly good! They have a surround type sound that was much better than my phone. The bike is really quiet and would not wake up any sleeping children or other people in the house. Love the large seat and it is easy to adjust mid workout if needed. Heart rate monitors pickup your reading quickly and accurately. The screen is easy to read and adjust while riding. Great bike! Enjoy your ride! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I am not experienced at biking, and haven't done any spin classes or anything like that before. So far this bike has been perfect for me. The console in which you control settings is very simple to use which is nice. I also really like how big the seat is, and imagine it would be comfortable for all sizes. As I said before I haven't taken any spin classes, but the ones offered through iFit for this bike seem very good. I am no expert, but I would imagine if you are an experience biker you may want to look into one of the higher end models, however for beginners like me this works great.
I have absolutely loved the ProForm Cadence bike! In the past I have really enjoyed spinning classes, but as our family has grown it has become more challenging to get to the gym and it can be spendy to pay for childcare. So, I knew I wanted my own equipment at home. I was skeptical that the iFit training could compare to the energy of a live spinning class, but I was pleasantly surprised. My first workout I chose a studio class, for comparison and it felt like I was there! The high energy of the trainer and the upbeat music were great. I had paired my iPad with the bike using the Bluetooth feature, which made it possible for the iFit trainer to adjust the incline and tension of my bike through the entire workout, I love that! The adjustable tablet holder kept my iPad securely in place, even when I was out of the saddle. Monitoring my heart rate was easy with the handlebar's EKG sensors and the large LCD screen. I initially thought the LCD screen was redundant because I was using the iPad with the iFit app and could see it there. But then, my husband needed the iPad for work, and I wanted to exercise. I was grateful I could use the bike, view my heart rate and calories burned even though I didn't have the iPad. I was definitely missing the iFit app, but I got my workout in anyway. I am exercising more than ever and feel great. The convenience of having the bike at home and the iFit classes at my disposal has made all the difference. On occasion, when the kiddo's wake up before I'm done, the bike is so quiet I turn on a show and they don't hear it. I pop in ear buds, listen to the trainer, the music and it keeps me motivated to finish my work out. It's been handy to have the cup holder on the bike, I can keep moving while I hydrate. The upright position is a bonus, it takes up little space. The price point is great, there are a lot of great features without spending a small fortune. It has been such a blessing to have the ProForm Cadence bike, especially with all the time at home recently due to the quarantine!
