This ProForm Trainer was delivered very fast. Assembly took around two hours nothing very difficult it was helpful to have a second person to help out. I have rode and this machine seems very silent and just a great total body workout. I am very happy with my purchase!!! RECOMMENDED
This was a great purchase. There's nothing about this product that is substandard. Take the assembly instructions slow. You will definitely need two people to complete some of the steps. Hardest part was inserting the four AA batteries because the battery cover screw is TINY. Also, once you get the display wires connected to the wire harness that leads to the wheel you should pull the excess wire back down inside the upright so that it is not in the way. Smooth and quiet in use and very solid form of exercise machine.
Perhaps I should have known, but I didn't know it came completely unassembled. They have a 1-800 number for you to call with expert assemblers. I am beyond frustrated.
The front came cracked but by the time I took everything out there was no way I was putting it all back in and dragging it back. Took 6 hours to assemble! This machine literally comes in the smallest pieces possible and the directions were hard to follow. But i finished and look forward to using it!
It does the trick. Able to workout from home and fairly cheap. However, it does squeak the entire time you use it and be prepared to have to replace the 4 AA batteries every month.
Never got to use it. I put it together and the last part I was on, screw didnt fit. Tried getting different screws. It was the part on the elliptical that was defected.
This is a simple case of you get what you pay for. There was a minor defect in the product. Which was fine, no big deal but the worse part is trying to get in contact with the manufacturer. I still haven't heard back. It's not worth it. It also makes so much noise when in use. I would not recommend this product unless you are looking for something that is cheap that will do the trick. Side note....no issues with Walmart or the process.
Arrived ahead of scheduled date but, when I opened the box and took it out it had some raddling inside of it. Turned it upside down and plastic screws, a screw and a broken piece of plastic came out. Found out they were pieces from the plastic cover to wheel. It was broken and no way of placing it back. So disappointed and returned it.
I had it put together and it broke the next day. I was using it and I fell off and my left arm and leg are hurt. The whole left side came off. The side pieces that are plastic should be metal. A waste of money
Almost a complete waste of money!! It took 6 weeks to get a part for the foot area that you kinda need to you use it. It squeaks LOUDLY the entire time. Hardest elliptical I have ever been on in the 26years that I've been going to gyms. I'm up to 5 mins on this thing in over 2 months when I can crank out 20 mins minimum at the gym no problem. And why in the world would you have to use AA batteries?? Why does it not come with an outlet. And to replace the batteries which is multiple times a month you have to use a jewelers size screw driver to get the cover off. I really wish I would have done more research and may consider selling it locally and getting something else!!
