I recently purchased this computer and couldn't be happier with the ease of use and it's performance. The touch screen is an added bonus! I love how compact it is - meaning there is no tower - and the only cord required is the plug in! Wireless keyboard and mouse are great! I definitely recommend this computer.
23 inch touch screen .... 780 dollars ? What a great value. Im not a computer nerd so I am not into all the specs n stuff but this will do for me. I was thinkin about the HP because of the tv tuner and the 1 tb Hardrive but this will do !
I purchased this computer approximately two weeks ago. I am VERY please with it. The setup was completely painless, and i was even more impressed when I connected my all-in-one printer to it and it automatically installed it w/o the disc. This computer is highly recommended by ME!
When I opened the box, I instantly fell in love with this computer. It is beautiful! But after only 10 days, the computer froze and blacked out. First Tech stated it was due to updates that needed to be ran. 10 days later, the same problem. Second Tech says that it is because the anitvirus was not completely installed. I will give it 10 more days. If It happens again, I will be returned to the store. Entirely too much money spent to not work properly!!!!!
I bought this computer and it was nice to start with really quick and then after a few months of owning it the computer had trouble turning on every now and then i thought it was me because the power button is located on the side and I thought i wasn't pushing it in the right place and well it turned out to be the power surge went on it and its only six months old and we bought the warranty on it and I'm having trouble with Dell with following through on its warranty so buy with caution!
I purchased this computer Thanksgiving weekend. Set up was a breeze, and the ease to operate , sensational. Within 2 1/2 weeks, I began experiencing a disk inconsistency, making it almost impossible to get online. I attempted to run a disk scan and allow ample time for system to run scan but nothing worked. I contacted Dell and after two emails they said they will need to replace the"hard drive." PC will be returned to Walmart for either an exchage or refund. After using Gateway computers, I am not impressed with Dell computers whatsoever.
I purchased this computer from a local walmart about 9 days ago. I brought it home. Opened the box and followed the directions for start up etc. I had a hard drive issue with this computer straight out of the box. Says that it needs to check disc and freezes on that screen. When i FINALLY got windows to load the computer was VERY VERY VERY slow. I had a computer 10 years ago with windows 98 and a 256 modem that worked faster...ALL programs ran extreamly slow and all internet functions where extreamly slow. I knew better than to get a Dell With an AMD processor from past experiances. So to sum up. Had the computer for 9 days, was on dell support chat and on the phone with them for most of that time.Finally got tired of dealing with it. Took it back. DO NOT buy this JUNK!!!!!!
In two days I will have owned this computer for 11 weeks. It has crashed three times. I have to go back and restore it to the factory settings each time. So there for you have to reload everything. Dell says there is nothing wrong with the hard drive so they want another $239.00 to look at the software because I connected a Cannon printer to it. So per Dell the software issue is on me. And they can not guarantee that this is not going to keep happening over and over again. WARNING DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
