I had no complaints about this product it was about what i expected would recommend customers to buy this product
I needed a small water cooler for a small space so I didn't have many options. The first one was sent inoperable, returned that one and bought another identical one as there really wasn't many choices in the small size. So far it is working fine, 2 weeks later. Is very lightweight and basic, but I don't care as it is in a cabinet. The shipping from Wal Mart was VERY slow, about 2 weeks.
failed in my expectation of it.did not cool well,low water cooling capacity{2 glasses per time at most]cooling light indicaters never worked properly.constantly ran,never shut off.
There is a bad taste when using this water despenser.
It takes about 2 hours to cold 16oz of water. This is all you'll need to know about this product. I'm getting another one this week.
