The display has a glitch in the LED display. There is a black light that spins in the background and sometimes the numbers do not appear properly. It looks beautiful but I would not recommend this product for purchase. It would make a great display product for a trophy kitchen; if you are looking to use it as an everyday appliance I recommend you look for a different product and brand.

I finally started taking videos with my phone and checking them and yes, indeed the display goes wacky every now and then. Other than that, it works great.
CONTROL PANEL FLICKERING AFTER 1.5 YEARS WITH MAYBE 20 USES (I TRAVEL A LOT FROM PROPERTY TO PROPERTY). SERVICE CALL AND PARTS COSTS MORE THAN THE MICROWAVE. SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON LG PRODUCTS FOR ALL OF MY HOMES AND BUSINESSES OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. NO MORE. NEVER AGAIN.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave stopped heating after 2 years. The lights stopped working after 6 months (replaced blurbs- still not working). I also found the finish impossible to clean. Always looked streaked. My other easyclean appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove), do not have the streaky issue. Very disappointing purchase.

Heat from the stove ruins the connection which makes the long piece come off. After paying for a replacement part because the warranty had just ended, the replacement part also broke off. I'm using makeshift parts from local hardware store to keep it together.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this microwave a little over a year and the control panel that shows the time does not work. Something is messed up so when it is 9:13 lets say, it looks like it is 5:13 and is flashing very annoyingly. I will have to pay someone to come fix it probably end up costing more than the microwave.
The microwave functions good. The issue with this product is the piece directly above the door connects to the microwave using cheaply made plastic connectors that are screwed in. Those pieces break due to heat and because they are plastic. I replaced the piece as it was just one year originally buying the microwave and the warranty didn't apply. The replacement piece also broke within a month. I would not purchase this particular microwave, this is your warning.
I would give this unit a zero if I could. It is cheaply constructed and didn't last a year. Unfortunately for me due to renovation it was two months old prior to install so out of warranty.. NEVER AGAIN.
Bought this in September of 2020 but couldn't have it installed until March of 2021. The front by the LG pops is popping off which was just cosmetic, but one of the number is blinking and now the inside of the door had a plastic piece break off so the door separates a bit. The best part about this microwave is that the popcorn button works really well.
