I've been ordering this 15ct case regularly for the last year. My last order was last week, and I paid the usual $19.12. Now I see they skyrocketed the price overnight to $24.98, a price jump of almost $6 overnight! It's suddenly not such a good deal, anymore, and I can't reconcile spending the extra money, so from now on I'm just going to go without, and make my own coffee here at home. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Starbucks Frappuccino mocha is my favorite drink. But shipping may sometimes be a problem because it is in glass bottles. It most often arrives intact. But when bottles get broken it is a real mess - ,sticky broken glass and soggy cardboard. Although ordering many times the boxes are never marked FRAGILE. GLASS . I believe this may help. Also if I could buy the case quantity in the local store it would be better.
Broken bottle in a very very heavy box. You packed both 15 count glass bottle packs in ONE box. I needed help to drag it into the house after the UPS guy just dropped it on my porch. I would appreciate a discount or credit of some sort.
When I started buying this coffee almost 2 years ago it was $14 then $25 now it's $4 from been $50 I like coffee but I will drink and off brand... they changed the price but not the count or size...
The bottles arrived upside down. The label was on the bottom of the box. One bottle was broken. I cut my thumb.
On 3/17/24 I ordered a case of Starbucks from Walmart. Yes, it was discounted at a great price. To make a long story short I haven't received it, it was sent by USPS. I have contacted customer service at Walmart, the Can I chat with you. It's been 25 days now, so where is my STARBUCKS?
Did not arrive in its usual box. Every bottle was coated with grime. Some had chips of glass. The caps were rusty. Most of the expiration dates were rubbed off. And they said Moka not Mocha. I was afraid to drink them.
There were white solid items floating in 4 of them. The were still sealed. Gross
