I have used this quick and easy mix often. The results are, in every way, comparable or better than the more complicated egg white method and even easier than using meringue powder, sugar, water and flavoring as the results are consistent. Easy to tint and add flavors too. This is an excellent product!
I've put off making a meringue cookie for 40 yrs. I got this mix and after looking at it for a week I gave it a try. Wow. It was so easy and when I finished I put into the meringue cookie container from Trader Joe's. My daughter in law tried one and insisted it was store bought! Try it yourself.... Quick and easy. I'm going to add some vanilla next time. Mmmmm melt in your mouth goodness! Crispy on outside a bit chewy inside.

I've never used this for making frosting on Christmas cookies before. I did this year, and they looked awesome!! The taste is great!!
This meringue powder went into a royal icing recipe and worked really well. I'm a beginner when it comes to decorating cookies, but this served my purpose and I ended up with great icing to show for it. I'd buy it again.

I like to use this for making royal icing which is used for making decoration for a cake. I can make decorative items which can be made ahead of time and allowed to dry. Then I can lift the decorations and use them on cakes as needed.
It does not stay after being whipped it falls
3 tablespoons of this meringue powder mix in my royal icing gave the icing a disgusting smell and taste. I threw the entire bowl of icing and the rest of the box in the trash. Unfortunately, I read quite a few negative reviews after the fact, so buyers beware
