I have no control over the shipping process. • Shipments are determined by the fulfillment center and I cannot guarantee how your items are packed, either in sturdy boxes or padded envelopes. There is always some risk that your orders may be damaged during shipment. • Once your order is placed and payment is made, the fulfillment center will ship out your order and you will receive tracking information when your order is sent. • If you want to cancel your order before it is sent, you must contact me so I can issue you a refund.
