This is my second Panasonic electric razor/shaver and I have loved both of them. My other razor lasted 10+ years and the only thing that I ever did to it was replace the blades one time. The Vortex Linear gives a very close shave--even closer than my old Panasonic Linear--and it lasts quite a long time on a single charge. My only knock on this razor is not on the razor itself but on the cleaning base--it's kind of noisy when it is going through the cleaning and drying cycles. Other than that small knock, I'm extremely happy with this razor and would recommend it to anyone.
I purchased this for my husband, when I asked for his review, it was a typical male grunt...then he said it was good, better than any he's ever used, you know, "good"

This was and is the best men's shaver out there, hands down.
The shaver I purchased is a good purchase. It is simple to use; very quiet, and my husband is enjoying the comfort and ease of using it.
My husband was a skeptic. He vowed that he would never get a close shave like his razor. He has a thick beard and requires daily grooming and he said after a few uses it is almost as good as a razor. He loves it! its quick, easy and painless.
